I'm a licensed counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, counselor educator, author, and researcher based in Winter Park, Florida. For over 18 years, I've worked at the intersection of clinical practice and wellbeing, with a specific focus on the unique pressures faced by medical professionals, counselors, and other helping professionals.

Counseling for Clinicians
I provide individual, couple, and family therapy for those who spend their lives caring for others. I specialize in burnout, secondary trauma, grief, and the quiet erosion that comes from years of holding space for everyone else. Available in-person in Central Florida and via telehealth statewide.

Clinical Supervision
As a qualified supervisor for both mental health counselor and marriage & family therapist interns in Florida, I meet with supervisees weekly to build clinical skill, work through case conceptualization, and support the person behind the practice. Your growth as a clinician matters, and so does your wellbeing along the way
